| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard and Maestro/Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We aim to despatch all orders received within 5 working days. All orders are sent by standard 2nd Class post unless requested otherwise. Free delivery on all UK orders totalling over £40 (offer excludes Shelta UV Protector Tents). £3.50 on all orders below £40. £5.95 on all orders containing a JacShade or Shelta UV Protector Tent. This amount will not be added automatically. Should you forget to highlight this option manually as requested, £5.95 will be added to your payment card. Despatched by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service (Monday - Friday guaranteed, not always Saturdays) We are happy to deliver abroad. Overseas Delivery – All packages are sent International Signed For. EU £7.95 Rest of World £7.95 If the cost is greater than our standard delivery charges, carriage will be charged at cost, but we will contact you first to ensure that you are happy with the charge. If, however, your purchase does not meet this standard then we offer a 21 day return guarantee. You can return our product to us at anytime within 21 days from the date you received it provided that the product is unused and in resalable condition. Please note that the return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items which have been used or opened unless they are defective or incorrect (i.e. do not comply with your initial order). When returning any product to us under this guarantee you must specify the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. If a product is returned by you because of an error on our part, then we will refund the reasonable delivery costs incurred by you in sending the product back to us.
